According to the Washington State Bar Association, Alexandra Lozano, founder of Luz Legal (formerly known as Alexandra Lozano Immigration Law), resigned from practicing law on May 26, 2026 while being investigated for fraud. If you are or were a client of Ms. Lozano and her firm, we recommend requesting a copy of your file and providing USCIS with a safe mailing address where they can send you notices related to your case as soon as possible. You may also be able to recover some of the money you paid her, either through a civil lawsuit or through the Washington State Bar.
