Compassionate Representation
Consultations
Our attorneys provide consultations for clients across the U.S. We discuss each clients' unique immigration history and work together with our clients to develop the best plan to meet the client's goals.

Family-Based Visas
We assist U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents who wish to sponsor their family members for immigrant visas, including spouses, children, parents, and siblings.

Fiancé Visas
Our attorneys represent U.S. citizens who wish to obtain K-1 visas for their foreign fiancé(e)s, so that the foreign fiancé can legally travel to the U.S. where the couple can get married and then pursue more permanent immigration status.

Adjustment of Status
We help individuals already in the U.S. to obtain lawful permanent residency (also known as a green card) through family relationships, employment, or via other means.

Removal of Conditions on Residency
We assist immigrants who obtained conditional residency through their spouse file to remove the conditions on their residency, either together with their spouse or independently if the marriage has ended, ultimately allowing the immigrant to remain in the U.S. permanently.

Consular Processing
Our attorneys aid individuals who are outside of the U.S. in obtaining immigrant and nonimmigrant visas at U.S. consulates overseas, including assistance with document collection as well as application and interview preparation.

Waivers
We help clients obtain waivers of inadmissibility, which allow certain immigrants to obtain legal status despite a history of things like entering the U.S. without documentation or bringing undocumented children to the U.S., including I-601A provisional waivers for spouses of U.S. Citizens and Lawful Permanent Residents.

Citizenship
We represent eligible permanent residents in the process to become U.S. Citizens, either through naturalization or through other avenues like obtaining consular reports of birth abroad or requesting certificates of citizenship.

U visas, T visas, and VAWA
Our attorneys support immigrant survivors of crimes, including domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking, in applications for temporary legal status, lawful permanent residency, and citizenship.

Asylum and Refugee Status
We advocate for individuals who have suffered persecution or who fear future persecution in their home country in applications for asylum or refugee status in the U.S.

Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS)
We represent immigrants under the age of 21 who have been abused, abandoned, or neglected by one or both of their parents in the process to obtain legal status based on that abuse, abandonment, or neglect.

Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)
Our attorneys assist individuals who entered the U.S. as children to obtain protection from deportation and work authorization under the DACA program.

Labor Based Deferred Action
We help immigrants who have been victims of employment law violations at work, as well as immigrants who have witnessed employment law violations at their place of work or otherwise participated in workplace investigations apply for work authorization and deferred action.

Travel Documents
We help immigrants apply for permission to return to the U.S. after travel abroad, including advanced parole for DACA recipients, refugee travel documents, re-entry permits, and humanitarian parole.

Deportation Defense
We represent clients in immigration court proceedings and seeking legal remedies to prevent removal.

Appeals and Motions to Reopen and Reconsider
Our attorneys file appeals and motions with the Administrative Appeals Office, Board of Immigration Appeals, and other immigration offices on behalf of immigrants whose cases were wrongly denied.
