At Bennett & Harker, the month of April is all about celebrating our founding partner, Malia Bennett, whose birthday is this month. Malia is an indispensable member of our team and a tireless advocate for her clients.

Malia’s connection to immigration law started in high school, when she spent a year studying abroad in Mexico. Since becoming an attorney, Malia has fought for Oregon’s underserved populations for over ten years, as an immigration attorney, a housing attorney, and a victims’ rights attorney. Malia’s clients say that she is supportive, resourceful, and knowledgeable, and that she is an attorney who truly cares about her clients. At Bennett & Harker, we concur! Malia is extremely dedicated to her clients and an integral part of our firm.
